kod szkolenia: ZP-PRiSMen / ENG DL 2d

This training provides practical tools and methodologies that enable the integration of sustainability principles into everyday project work — from initiation, through planning and execution, to project closure and the management of long-term value beyond project completion. It is intended for project and programme managers, ESG and CSR specialists and PMO professionals who want to translate sustainability requirements, non-financial reporting obligations and stakeholder expectations into everyday project practice.

After the training, you will be able to assess a project’s impact on the environment, society and the economy, develop a Sustainability Management Plan, and prepare for the CSPP™ exam.
