Practical training introducing the specifics of sustainable project management, responding to global challenges of the today's world and the need to implement the principles of sustainability into projects. Addressed to individuals acting as project managers, CSR specialists and managers of companies and organisations.

The training prepares for the GPM-b™ certification exam. The Green Project Management certification is a confirmation of the competence of the management teams at the highest international level and ensures effective implementation of the principles of sustainability in the initiatives carried out in the organisation.

GPM Global (Green Project Management) is the only international organisation operating in the field of sustainable project management, present in 145 countries. In its standards and methodologies it uses the latest guidelines in the area of sustainable development (e.g. UN 17 Sustainable Development Goals), as well as project management.

The aim of the training is to raise competence in the field of sustainable approach to project management and its practical use in project work. Thanks to it, participants will:

  • Learn to identify and apply sustainability factors in projects.

  • Be prepared to pass the Green Project Management certification exam at the GPM-b™ level.

For classroom training, the exam is held at the end of the training in paper form.
