What skills do you need to deliver value in a Lean enterprise? The SAFe® Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) course covers the all essential aspects to build effective and comprehensive Lean Portfolio. The course also gives you the guidance and tools you need to work with best possible results to manage and improve your organizations’ projects and products. LPM workshop will help you and your key stakeholders plan dynamically and be flexible enough to adjust initiatives and budgets as the market changes.
The SAFe Lean Portfolio Management workshop aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of how to effectively align strategy and execution within an organization using the principles of Lean and Agile. Participants will learn how to establish and manage a Lean portfolio to ensure that investments are aligned with organizational goals to maximize value delivery.
- Various Project & Product Management roles including Agile Coaches, Project, Program, Portfolio and Product Managers, RTEs, PMO, Executives
- Managers and leaders of programs and projects
Attendees learn:
- Understand the principles and practices of Lean Portfolio Management.
- Be able to establish effective governance and decision-making processes.
- Learn how to align investments with strategic goals.
- Gain skills in value stream mapping and optimization.
- Develop metrics for assessing portfolio health.
PDU and SEU points
Participants have the right to apply for 15 PDUs necessary to obtain or continue Project Management Institute (PMI) certificates – applies to PMP, PgMP oraz PMI_ACP certificates.
Examination is conducted in online version at Scaled agile platform.
The participants gain access to examination after confirming attendance at the training. They can take the exam within 30 days after gaining access.
The training is intended for everyone interested in this subject, regardless of their experience.
Note: If you intend to take the SAFe® LPM Certification Examination, you should have:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, ideally in Agile framework
