The Product Owner role is multifaceted, requiring them to engage in behaviours and adopt mindsets beyond the core of Agility and the Scrum framework. Students explore these techniques and how to pivot among them by exploring several Product Owner "stances".
Designed to empower Product Owners and Managers to refine their skills and competencies in Agile product management: crafting a compelling vision, validating hypotheses, and maximising value delivery. This course is an interactive, experiential workshop where participants explore topics through a series of exercises and discussions.
In this class, students will gain a better understanding of what it means to deliver value and how to express that value inside and outside of their organisation. Through a case study-based series of exercises, combined with instruction, students gain the entrepreneurial product leadership skills and practices critical to growing as a successful Product Owner.
This course is designed for Product Owners, Product Managers, and Business Analysts, focusing heavily on product management skills, tools, techniques, and knowledge as part of their work on the Scrum Team.

There are no formal prerequisites for the participants of the course. Prior completion of the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ course or holding the PSPO I certificate is recommended. This course does not teach Scrum; therefore, you need to understand the basics of the framework. To benefit from the course fully, you need to know the essential practices of Agile product management.

The Professional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPO II) exam is an online assessment. Participants of the PSPO-A course receive a one-time code to access the test within five workdays after completion of the course. It is not mandatory to take the assessment; however, it is the only way to obtain the PSPO II certificate.
The code for the exam doesn’t expire. However, if you take the test within 14 days from the moment of receiving the code and you fail, Scrum.org will issue yet another code for the second (and last free) attempt.
