MSP® 5 th edition Practitioner - accredited training with exam

The Practitioner course in Managing Successful Programmes takes the theoretical knowledge acquired at the Foundation level  to the realm of real applications.

MSP Practitioner is designed for project, programme and business change managers who want to apply the MSP framework to real-life scenarios. Practitioner is a must-have certification for both project and programme management professionals who need to deliver organizational value for their employers and to boost their careers.

The MSP Practitioner certificate is an internationally recognised qualification valid for 3 years. Practitioner status can be maintained either by re-taking the full exam, or by collecting an appropriate number of CPD (Continuing Professional Development) points; see the AXELOS website for details.

The participants receive vouchers, which are valid for 6 months, for online exam.

Having completed the training, the participant receives an e-mail with guidelines how to register on the exam. The date is determined directly with  PeopleCert, with the use of participant’s account.

Online exam is conducted in the presence of proctor – a person from PeopleCert, who connects remotely with training participant’s desktop and observes the course of exam via Internet camera.

The person who takes the exam is obliged to show the place where he is going to write the exam to proctor via Internet camera. Proctor checks if there are not any other persons and study aids in the room.

MSP Practitioner exam:

  • Exam duration 150 minutes
  • Pass mark 42 correct answers
  • Opened book
  • Online version (with Proctor)

Before sitting the MSP 5th Practitioner exam, the candidate must first pass MSP 5th Foundation. Due to big differences between the 4th (2011) and 5th (2020) editions of MSP, the 2011 Foundation exam is not sufficient for the 2020 Practitioner.

An authorised MSP 5th edition handbook is obligatory at the training.

The handbook is not included in standard materials, you may purchase it in English language version.
