ITIL® 4 Leader: Digital & IT Strategy (DITS) eLearning is an online course developed by PeopleCert that prepares participants for the international ITIL® 4 Leader: Digital & IT Strategy (DITS) certification exam.
The module brings ITIL® concepts to the organisational strategy level and shows how to align digital and IT strategy with business objectives; it is intended for people responsible for organisational direction, digital transformation, service management and strategic decision-making. Upon completing the course, participants will be prepared to assess the digital environment, formulate and implement strategy in practice, manage risks and opportunities in a VUCA environment, and develop leadership that supports innovation, resilience and continual improvement. The course consists of several modules with interactive content and allows participants to learn at any time and at their own pace during 12 months of access.

In addition to course access, participants receive an online exam voucher valid for 12 months. The voucher must be redeemed on the PeopleCert platform. The online exam is remotely proctored by a PeopleCert representative who connects to the candidate’s desktop and monitors the examination using a camera. At the proctor’s request, the candidate must use the camera to show the room in which the exam will take place. The proctor verifies that no third parties or unauthorised study aids are present in the room.
- Exam Duration: 60 minutes.
- Multiple-choice test consisting of 30 questions.
- Passing score: 70% (21 correct answers out of 30).
- E-Books and training materials may not be used during the exam.
- Prerequisite: ITIL® 4 Foundation certificate.
