Designed for managers and other leaders who work directly with Agile teams understand how to best support, guide, and coach their teams to improve their Agile capabilities. The course provides the foundation for the role that leaders play in creating the conditions for a successful Agile transformation.
Kanban System Design is a course providing knowledge and skills necessary to design a Kanban system or improve an existing one. The training covers all the principles and practices of the Kanban method and introduces the basic concepts of flow, pull, and collaborative improvement. Students participate in the Meirik Kanban Simulation, where they discover how each of the discussed elements of Kanban works in practice when the team is exposed to real-life situations. Equipped with that experience, students discover the STATIK (Systems Thinking Approach to Introducing Kanban) technique that helps them understand their current work system and design a Kanban system prepared for evolutionary improvements in the future.
