Professional Agile Leadership Essentials™ is a hands-on workshop that uses a combination of instruction and hands-on exercises to help managers and other leaders who work directly with Agile teams understand how to best support, guide, and coach their teams to improve their agile capabilities. The workshop provides a foundation for leaders' roles in creating the conditions for a successful business transformation with Agile.
Becoming an Agile organisation is a profound transformation that requires senior leaders, middle managers, and Agile team members to change how they organise their work, manage that work, and measure the work results.
Leaders and managers are critical enablers in helping their organisations be successful. Yet, the role of leaders and managers in an Agile organisation can be quite different from what they are used to. This workshop uses a combination of instruction and team-based exercises to help participants learn how to form and support Agile teams to achieve better results and lead the cultural and behavioural changes that organisations must make to reap the benefits of an Agile product delivery approach.

The Professional Agile Leadership I (PAL I) exam is an online assessment. Participants of the PAL-E course receive a one-time code to access the test within 5 workdays after completion of the course. It is not mandatory to take the assessment; however, it is the only way to obtain the PAL I certificate.

- Type of questions: multiple choice, multiple answer, true/false
- Number of allowed exam attempts: 2 (under the condition that the first attempt needs to be unsuccessful and take place within 14 days from the moment of receiving the access code)
