  • Introduction to Microsoft 365 core services and admin controls
  • Explore Microsoft 365 security foundations
  • Protect and govern data in Microsoft 365

2: Explore Microsoft 365 Copilot and agent administration

  • Explore Microsoft 365 Copilot and agents
  • Perform basic administrative tasks for Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Perform basic administrative tasks for Microsoft 365 Copilot agents

  • Basic functional experience with Microsoft 365 services.

  • Basic understanding of general IT practices.

  • Ability to use English-language materials

To increase the comfort of work and training’s effectiveness we suggest using an additional monitor. The lack of additional monitor does not exclude participation in the training, however, it significantly influences the comfort of work during classes.
