AI-Empowered Leading SAFe®

This training course develops the leadership skills needed to drive a Lean-Agile transformation based on the latest version of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®), enhanced with artificial intelligence.

It demonstrates how to scale agility across the entire organisation – from teams and Agile Release Trains to portfolio management – and how to use AI and generative AI responsibly in PI Planning, backlog management and day-to-day leadership decisions.

It is designed for managers, change leaders and solution architects, helping them increase team productivity, shorten time to value and align the goals of a large organisation.

After completing the training, you will be able to lead a SAFe implementation, actively participate in PI Planning and sit the SAFe® Agilist (SA) exam – the first attempt is included in the course fee.

The training is intended for anyone interested in the subject, regardless of their level of experience. Before taking the SAFe® Agilist certification exam, the following are recommended:

  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product management or project management
  • Knowledge of Scrum
  • Authorized Scaled Agile materials: a digital workbook and access to the SAFe® Studio platform
  • SAFe® Agilist (SA) certification exam – first exam attempt included in the price
  • SAFe® Agilist certificate and a digital badge upon passing the exam

The SAFe® Agilist (SA) exam is taken online via the SAFe Studio platform, as part of an individual Learning Plan activated upon completion of the training.

The first attempt at the exam is included in the training fee, provided it takes place within 30 days of the end of the course.

To be eligible to sit the exam, participants must attend both days of the training course. Before the exam, participants have access to preparatory materials and a mock exam (with an unlimited number of attempts).
