AI-Empowered SAFe® Scrum Master

This training course develops the skills of a Scrum Master working within the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) environment, enhanced with artificial intelligence. Unlike traditional Scrum training courses, it highlights the role of the Scrum Master within the context of the entire organisation – from facilitating team events, through PI Planning simulations, to supporting DevOps and continuous improvement – and teaches the responsible use of AI and the creation of prompts in day-to-day work with the team.

It is designed for current and future Scrum Masters, team leaders and Agile Coaches, helping them to increase team effectiveness and efficiently execute the Planning Interval (PI).

After the training, you will be able to lead team events and PI Planning sessions, streamline workflows using metrics, and sit the SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM) exam – with your first attempt included in the price.

The course is intended for anyone interested in the role of Scrum Master within a SAFe environment – there are no formal prerequisites. Before attending the course, the following are recommended:

  • A basic understanding of Agile concepts
  • An awareness of Scrum, Kanban or XP principles
  • An understanding of software development processes
  • Authorized Scaled Agile materials: a digital workbook and access to the SAFe® Studio platform
  • SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM) certification exam – first exam attempt included in the price

The SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM) exam is taken online via the SAFe Studio platform, as part of an individual Learning Plan activated upon completion of the training.

The first attempt at the exam is included in the training fee, provided it takes place within 30 days of the end of the course.

To be eligible to sit the exam, participants must attend both days of the training course. Before the exam, participants have access to preparatory materials and a mock exam (with an unlimited number of attempts).

  • Duration: 90 minutes
  • Single-choice test consisting of 45 questions
  • Minimum passing score: 80%
  • The exam covers, among other areas, the use of AI in the Scrum Master's role (12–14% of questions)
