AI-Empowered SAFe® for Teams

This training course develops the skills required to work effectively within an Agile team operating as part of an Agile Release Train, in accordance with the latest version of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®), which has been enhanced with artificial intelligence.
Participants go through the full team work cycle: from building the backlog and planning in PI Planning, through continuous value delivery and demonstrations, to retrospectives and flow improvement – whilst learning how to write user stories using generative AI and how to use AI tools responsibly.
It is designed for all team members – developers, testers, analysts and leaders – and is particularly effective in preparing entire teams for the launch of an ART. After the training, you will be able to actively participate in PI Planning and team events and sit the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) exam – with your first attempt included in the price.

The training is intended for all team members interested in working in a SAFe environment – there are no formal prerequisites. Prior to the training, it is recommended that you:
- Be familiar with the basic concepts and principles of Agile
- Be aware of the principles of Scrum, Kanban or XP
- Be familiar with software development processes
- Authorized Scaled Agile materials: a digital workbook and access to the SAFe® Studio platform
- SAFe® Practitioner (SP) certification exam – first exam attempt included in the price
- SAFe® Practitioner certificate and a digital badge upon passing the exam

The AI-Empowered SAFe® Practitioner (SP) exam is taken online via the SAFe Studio platform, as part of an individual Learning Plan activated upon completion of the training.
The first attempt at the exam is included in the training fee, provided it takes place within 30 days of the end of the course.
To be eligible to sit the exam, participants must attend both days of the training course. Before the exam, participants have access to preparatory materials and a mock exam (with an unlimited number of attempts).
