AI Agents – From Basics to Implementation
training code: AGENCI_AI / ENG DL 1d / EN
The training introduces participants to the world of AI agents – autonomous systems based on artificial intelligence that can analyze data, make decisions, and execute tasks continuously. Participants will learn the differences between classical AI, large language models (LLMs), and AI agents, as well as how to leverage their capabilities in business without the need for programming. The course combines technological, organizational, and strategic aspects, offering both conceptual knowledge and practical examples of implementations in companies.
The training is designed for business professionals and, e.g., IT project managers (people with technical knowledge but who do not write code). Fullstack Developers (Frontend, Backend, etc.) can also participate, but we will not be programming agents in this training. We will discuss creating agents in no-code / low-code tools and the architecture of full-code agents.
• Product Owners and digital project managers•Innovation and AI strategy leaders
• Digital transformation consultants
• Marketing, HR, and operations department employees•Analysts and system architects interested in AI agent architecture
• Non-technical decision-makers – seeking basic, practical understanding of AI
• Technical collaborators (basic level) – familiar with frameworks and tools, without the need for programming
• Change management and transformation teams – due to emphasis on implementation and adoption
• People interested in practical use of AI agents in business – without the need for programming skills
1. AI Agent FundamentalsYou will learn the differences between AI, LLM, and autonomous agents, and understand their action loop.
