training code: ZP-FP2.7en / ENG DL 3d / EN
This course is aimed at project managers and aspiring project managers. It is also relevant to other key staff involved in the design, development and delivery of projects, including: company board members, Public Sector managers, sponsors and project and subproject managers.
Participants who pass the examination will receive the internationally recognised PRINCE2® Project Management Foundation certificate in electronic format. The certificate is valid for three years.
The objective of the accredited PRINCE2® Project Management Foundation course is to provide participants with a solid foundation in proven project management methods that significantly facilitate effective project delivery. This increases the likelihood of achieving project objectives and success, while ensuring that projects are managed in a controlled and structured manner. The course also places strong emphasis on the scalability of the methodology and the ability to tailor and apply PRINCE2® appropriately within different project environments.
Learning the PRINCE2® methodology will help you organise and streamline your work as a Project Manager. You will gain practical guidance on managing available resources effectively and develop the knowledge needed to improve your ability to manage business risks within projects.
