The exam is intended for individuals who wish to structure their knowledge and formally validate their competencies in the field of requirements engineering.

A structured approach to knowledge. A certification that is highly valued on the job market.

No prior preparation is required; however, individuals with practical experience in business or systems analysis have a higher chance of passing the exam.

It is recommended that candidates be familiar with the semantics of the following UML diagrams: class diagrams, state machines, use case diagrams, and activity diagrams.

  • Passing score: minimum 70%

Scheduling the Exam

To schedule an exam date, please contact a representative of Altkom Akademia.

We kindly ask you to schedule your exam carefully. According to the provider’s policy, the following cancellation fees apply:

  • 50% of the exam fee if canceled between 30 and 7 days before the scheduled exam date.

  • 100% of the exam fee if canceled less than 7 days before the exam.

Language Selection

The language of the exam must be selected at the time of ordering.
It cannot be changed after the order is placed.

Candidates who are taking the exam in a language other than their native language may apply for a time bonus.
To request extra time, an appropriate document confirming the candidate’s native language must be submitted at the time of ordering. Later requests cannot be accepted.

Certificate

The certificate is issued in PDF format and sent to the email address provided during registration, within 4–6 weeks after the exam date.

Minimum Technical Requirements for Online Exams

  • A computer or laptop with a working webcam and microphone

  • Google Chrome browser installed

  • A valid photo ID (e.g., national ID card, passport)

  • A tablet or smartphone with a camera and the exam app (details provided in the exam instructions)

  • A stable internet connection

All registered participants will receive detailed instructions from the exam provider (available in the Virtual Classroom) describing how to prepare, what rules apply, and what is prohibited during the exam.
