Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC®) is a training course addressed to every person who is to act as a Product Owner. Product Owner represents business stakeholders in the Scrum team. It is also commonly known as the "voice of the customer". The Product Owner is responsible for ensuring efficient communication of expectations regarding the functionality of the product or service. It also prioritizes the delivery of individual requirements by the Scrum team, taking into account the point of view of the end user and its goals, so that the product or service provided by the Scrum team brings maximum business benefits. The Product Owner also defines the acceptance criteria and controls and ensures their fulfillment.
The aim of the Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC®) training is for its participants to gain practical knowledge about Scrum, which will prepare them to implement and work in the Scrum environment in the organization supporting, developing and maintaining SCRUM framework to maximise value output from project teams. After completing the training, each participant receives access to the examination platform. The aim of the exam is to confirm that the training participants have gained the necessary theoretical foundations to apply Scrum in projects and have knowledge of how to adapt it to specific scenarios that may appear in the company environment.

Training participants receive access to the ScrumStudy platform, where they will be able to pass the exam within 180 days of the end of the training.
Each participant has 3 attempts to take the exam.
