Establishing Team Agility for Agile Release Trains.

SAFe for Teams provides deep understanding about your role in both Agile team and Agile Release Train (ART) context. Participants will learn how to plan and execute work that delivers value to customers in remote environment with distributed teams. Following Scaled Agile Framework® You will learn tools, practices and guidelines necessary to achieve high performing stage in complex, scaled set up.

You will learn:

  • Your role on the team and your team’s role on the ART
  • How does an Agile team function inside of an ART
  • How to apply SAFe principles to scale Lean-Agile delivery
  • How to plan and execute iterations and PIs
  • How to continuously improve the ART
  • How do we work with other teams on the ART to effectively deliver value

PDU and SEU points

Participants have the right to apply for 15 PDUs necessary to obtain or continue Project Management Institute (PMI) certificates – applies to PMP and PMI-ACP certificates. Participants are eligible to apply for Category C SEU points to earn or renew CSP certification as part of the Scrum Alliance.

The training is intended for everyone interested in this subject, regardless of their experience.

Note: If you intend to take the SAFe® for Teams Certification Examination, you should have:

  • basic knowledge about Scrum, Kanban, and XP
  • understanding on Agile concepts and principles
  • working knowledge of software or hardware development processes
