Artificial intelligence as recruitment processes’ support
training code: AI_HR / ENG DL 1d / ENAcquainting participants with fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence, its use in HR area, with consideration of recruitment process and practical application of AI tools such as ChatGPT.
The training is addressed to HR specialists, recruiters, HR managers and all people interested in using Artificial Intelligence in HR processes.
Participants will gain knowledge of fundamentals of artificial intelligence, understand its use in HR, learn how to apply AI tools such as ChatGPT in recruitment process and other HR areas.
There are no prerequisites concerning expert technical knowledge. The training is intended for people at various levels of advancement.
