The training is addressed both to administrators who have just begun working with MySQL/MariaDB databases, and to administrators who would like to consolidate their knowledge.
The training provides you with a firm foundation in MySQL/MariaDB database server architecture, configuration and administration, including but not limited to:
- software deployment,
- security configuration,
- database backup and recovery,
- master-slave replication,
- basic query performance management techniques,
- server monitoring and troubleshooting.
General knowledge of computer science topics and terms related to relational databases (including SQL), as well as good computer skills.
