AgileBA® Foundation – accredited training with exam
training code: ZP-FABAen / ENG DL 3d / ENTraining addressed to business analysts, project managers change analysts, Scrum Product Owners, system analysts who want to use agile approach and people who create products (developers in Scrum) responsible for analysis.
Benefits for listeners:
- Gaining knowledge and understanding of the role and responsibilities of a Business Analyst in an agile approach.
- Learning techniques and practices of business analysis in an agile approach
- Become acquainted with ways of moving from traditional to more agile methods of work.
Benefits for the organization:
- Teaches project managers – both traditional and agile, who often also perform the duties of business analysts, about what the role a Business Analyst is playing. They also teach them agile work techniques.
- Scrum developers will benefit due to understanding the role of the Departmental Analyst, because Scrum does not define or describe such a role.
- Scrum Product Owners will acquire new skills related to developing products in an agile way during the training.
AgileBA Foundation exam:
- Exam duration 40 minutes
- Single-choice test
- To pass the exam you have to obtain at least 25 out of 50 points
- No handbooks and training materials are allowed during an exam
- No special preparation of the students is required, although earlier participation in the FAPM2 training is strongly recommended. These two trainings complement each other.
- Note: Training can be conducted in Polish or English, depending on the agreement. Presentation for participants, an authorized manual that can be additionally purchased (recommended) and the exam are available only in the English language version.
