training code: ZP-TKPen / EN DL 1d / EN
The Team Kanban Practitioner course introduces participants to the foundational elements of the Kanban Method, a work management approach focused on continuous improvement and effective delivery. They’ll learn how to visualise the team’s work, limit work in progress, and optimise flow. The course covers Kanban’s six general practices, including visualisation, work in progress limits, managing flow, and using feedback loops. Participants will also explore the three change management principles, which promote starting where they are, pursuing evolutionary change, and fostering leadership at all levels.
