Altkom Innovation Stream
Altkom Innovation Stream is a nationwide, completely free monthly cycle of online sessions. Through this initiative, more than 30,000 people from various industries can gain knowledge in data analytics, artificial intelligence, automation, organizational transformation, cybersecurity, and future skills. Together with the Polish Chamber of Training Companies, we promote the idea of lifelong learning by opening access to modern education for everyone, regardless of position or industry. This is a tangible contribution to improving qualifications and developing local communities through education and technology.
Poland. Business Adventure
Altkom Akademia took part in the pilot scholarship program Poland. Business Adventure, organized on the initiative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland and implemented by the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH). The program enabled approximately 100 young people who were raised and educated outside Poland to get to know and experience contemporary Poland. As part of the program, we hosted three young, ambitious scholarship recipients from the United States, Belgium, and the United Kingdom, who, under our guidance, learned firsthand about how Polish business operates.
Ukraine Foundation
Support for refugees from Ukraine
Altkom Akademia, in cooperation with the Ukraine Foundation, invites the foundation’s beneficiaries to participate in specialist training programs, including Excel, artificial intelligence, graphic design, project management, and customer service. Our support enables refugees in Poland to acquire new competencies and tools needed to begin a new professional path.
Supporting young leaders during Warsaw Model United Nations 2024
In November 2024, we took part in the 18th edition of Warsaw Model United Nations—an international event organized by students of Stefan Batory High School No. XIII in Warsaw. Each year, the event brings together young people from around the world who passionately debate global challenges and the future of our planet. The theme of the 18th edition, “Sustainable Development in a World of Threatened Peace,” encouraged reflection on combining environmental care with responsible social development.
By supporting WawMUN, we emphasized the importance of education and the development of future skills that help young people actively shape a better, more sustainable world.
DEI Champions of Change Club
Between 2023 and 2025, the President of Altkom Akademia, Joanna Mihułka-Petru, was a member of the DEI Champions of Change Club—an initiative bringing together business leaders working to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Established on the initiative of the Sukces Pisany Szminką Foundation, the club brings together CEOs who undertake real actions to ensure equal opportunities for women and men and to promote an inclusive organizational culture.

We are a partner of the competition aimed at promoting success stories and developing the potential of women, including those with fewer social opportunities. The competition provides a space for building competencies and establishing cooperation, strengthening women’s position in society and in the labor market. We are the patron of the Educator of the Future category.
