Privacy Information Clause
1. The administrator of your personal data is Altkom Akademia SA, ul. Chłodna 51, 00 867 Warszawa, NIP: 527-267-43-24, REGON: 146032998.
2. The Administrator has appointed a Personal Data Protection Officer, Mr. Mariusz Zajkiewicz, who can be contacted via email at iodo@altkom.pl or through traditional mail sent to the company’s address provided above.
3. Processing purposes related to recruitment and cooperation:
a. Your personal data is processed based on consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR to conduct recruitment and employment. Consent applies to data provided during employment that exceeds legally permitted scope. Data will be processed until consent is withdrawn, for the duration of the contract, and for a statutory minimum of 10 years after cooperation ends.
b. Your personal data is processed under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR to conclude and perform an employment contract. Data will be processed for the contract duration and a statutory minimum of 10 years after cooperation ends.
c. Your personal data is processed under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR to conclude and perform a civil law contract. Data will be processed for the contract duration and a statutory minimum of 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which cooperation ended.
4. Processing purposes related to training and training delivery:
a. Your personal data is processed under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR to contact you for marketing activities via email/phone, send targeted training information, issue invitations, create profiles in Altkom Akademia’s Virtual Classroom, notify about upcoming training dates, send newsletters, organize contests/promotions, and inform about state/EU-funded training offers. Data will be processed until consent is withdrawn.
b. Training delivery under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (for individuals) or Article 6(1)(f) (for legal entities). Data will be processed for the contract duration and a statutory minimum of 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which cooperation ended.
5. Processing purposes related to cooperation management:
a. To fulfill legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (tax compliance, invoicing, contract settlement). Data will be processed for the contract duration and a statutory minimum of 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which training ended.
b. Processing under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interests: claims management, debt collection, legal proceedings, audits, analytics, customer service requests, post-training surveys, exam facilitation, and enabling contact between training participants).
6. Categories of processed data: Personal data obtained directly from you or third parties (e.g., employers for third-party trainings).
7. Data recipients: Employees, IT/legal partners, Autenti (for digital signatures), and public entities (tax offices, social insurance institutions).
8. Rights: You may withdraw consent without affecting prior processing. Marketing data will be retained until consent withdrawal.
9. Right to object: You may object to processing under legitimate interests. We will cease processing unless demonstrating overriding legal grounds or necessity for claims.
10. Complaint rights: You may lodge complaints with the President of the Personal Data
