PeopleCert Scrum Developer- accredited training with exam

Within a Scrum team, the Developers work iteratively across each Sprint to create any aspect of a usable increment. Before each Sprint, they work on Sprint Planning and building the Sprint Backlog, and during the Sprint they meet daily and adapt their plan toward the Sprint Goal.

The Developers establish the Definition of Done (DoD), to ensure all increments meet the agreed quality measures required for the product. As members of a self-managed team, they hold each other accountable as professionals

PeopleCert Scrum Developer qualification is aimed towards any professional who wishes to become an efficient member of a Scrum environment. It requires candidates to demonstrate a solid knowledge and understanding of Scrum terms, principles, tools and practices, as well as demonstrate the ability to effectively use tools used in other approaches such as Test Driven Development or DevOps.

After successfully passing the exam, the participant will receive an international PeopleCert certificate in an electronic form.

Additionally, the participant:

  • Beyond the principles of creating value for customers, users and other stakeholders
  • Will be able to build the right mindset to work effectively in a Scrum Team

After training the participant receives a mail with exam application process description as well as the voucher for the exam. Voucher is valid for 6 months. 

Exam date and time is set up directly with People Cert using participant account created on www.peoplecert.org

Online exam is conducted with monitoring proctor – people cert representative who will ensure no materials are used and no third party is present during the exam. Participant Id and working camera is required for online exams.

Before exam the participant will be asked to show a room where exam will take place as well as direct surroundings of exam computer.
