Information clause

  1. The Controller of your personal data is Altkom Akademia S.A., Chłodna 51 Street, 00-867 Warsaw, TAX No: 527-267-43-24, REGON: 146032998.
  2. The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer Mr. Mariusz Zajkiewicz, who can be contacted by e-mail: iodo@altkom.pl or by post by sending to the company's address given above.
  3. Processing objectives:
    1. Your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent as set out in Art 6(1) letter a GDPR, in order to contact you, including for the purposes of permitted marketing activities through available communication channels, in particular by e-mail and telephone, sending targeted marketing information on potential training courses that can develop your knowledge, informing about upcoming training dates and subsidised training courses, to send newsletters and information within the scope and area of trainings in which you participated or in which you showed interest, to organise competitions and promotional actions in which you can take part, to save data in cookies, to collect data from websites and mobile applications (in the case of an additional consent given by you pursuant to the provisions on electronic communication). Your data will be processed until you revoke your consent.
    2. In order to conclude the agreement and carry out the training, book your place at the training and provide you with the necessary materials, invite you to the training and create a profile on the My Academy portal, which is an integral part of the training, issue certificates, diplomas or attestations of having attended the training – on the basis of Art 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. Your data will be processed for a period of 5 years from the end of the accounting year in which the training was held.
    3. In order for us to fulfil our legal obligation to the controller in accordance with Art 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, consisting of issuing invoices for the delivery of training, verification of the delivery of training and audits in the case of your use of training courses subsidised by Labour Offices or Operators of the Development Services Database. Your data will be processed for a period of 5 years from the end of the accounting year in which the training took place.
    4. Due to our legitimate interest as defined in Art 6(1) letter f GDPR i.e. handling your requests communicated, in particular to the Customer Service Department and via the contact form in situations where they are not directly related to the performance of the contract, enabling you to contact other participants of the training after its completion, testing the quality of the training after its completion through a training survey at the end of the training and 3 months after its implementation, enabling the implementation of examinations in our examination centre, debt collection, conducting court, arbitration and mediation proceedings, for analytical and statistical purposes.
  4. The categories of your personal data processed are personal data that come directly from you or have been provided on your behalf.
  5. The recipients of your personal data are the Controller's employees and associates and entities assisting the Controller in its business operations.
  6. Right to withdraw consent. Personal data held for the purpose of sending commercial information and direct marketing will be stored and processed until you withdraw your consent to its processing, or request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or object to its processing, or request its transfer by sending an email or letter to the addresses indicated above. Immediately after such objection, we will cease processing them to such extent.
  7. The right to object to the processing of your data on the basis of the legitimate interests described above. In this case, we will stop processing your data for these purposes unless we can demonstrate that there are compelling legitimate grounds for us to do so which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the data are necessary for us to possibly establish, assert or defend claims.
  8. The right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority if you consider that our processing of personal data concerning you breaches the provisions of the GDPR.
