PROMOTION STATUTE: DISCARD COUPONS and TRAINING VOUCHER

I. General Conditions:

1. Discard vouchers entitle the Holder to use them when purchasing training courses available at Altkom Akademia until the end of June 2022.
2. Training voucher entitles the Holder to participate in the online training on November 24, 2021. "Atmosphere in a team - Experience from space in earthly world. How to boost team’s productivity in a good atmosphere based on trust. TRAINING 24th November 2021 ”. The condition is to sign up for the training via the form available on the website www.altkom.com (the QR code visible on the Voucher directs to the training description and the registration form).
3. The issuer of the Vouchers is Altkom Akademia S.A. with headquarters in Warsaw at ul. Chłodna 51.
4. The distribution of Vouchers takes place through persons representing Altkom Akademia S.A. during the GITEX fair in Dubai on 17-21.10.2021.
5. Vouchers entitling to a discount have:

• value of EUR 50 and the equivalent of EUR 50, which can be used to pay or partially pay for the selected open training, depending on the price list of the training;
• the value of EUR 500 and are the equivalent of EUR 500, which can be used to partially pay for the selected closed training, depending on the price list of the training.

6. Vouchers are issued to the Bearer and must be signed by a representative of Altkom Akademia.
7. Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
8. Vouchers cannot be traded.
9. Altkom Akademia S.A. is not responsible for Vouchers that have been lost or damaged after they have been handed over to the Holder.
10. The holder of the Voucher is not entitled to any claims against Altkom Akademia S.A. for loss (including theft) or destruction of the Voucher.

II. Validity period and method of implementation:

1. The only acceptor of Vouchers is Altkom Akademia S.A.
2. The expiry date of the Voucher (30/06/2022) means the last day on which the payment for the training can be made, and the date of the open training may be later than the expiry date of the voucher. After this date, the Voucher cannot be redeemed.
3. Altkom Akademia S.A. accepts for execution only original Vouchers, signed and valid for a specified period, undamaged, with all security measures against counterfeiting.
4. Vouchers worth 50 and 50 EURO cannot be combined.
5. The holder of the Voucher himself selects the classes for which he wants to pay with the Voucher, and the enrollment for open training is carried out in accordance with the General Conditions for the implementation of training adopted at Altkom Akademia S.A.
6. Altkom Akademia S.A. reserves the right to refuse to sign up for an open training selected by the Voucher holder, e.g. in the absence of places in selected groups. In this case, Altkom Akademia S.A. will offer the Voucher Holder a different date in which he will be able to redeem the Voucher, and in special cases, it is possible to extend the validity of the Voucher.
7. When redeeming the Vouchers, the Holder is not entitled to receive the rest in cash, if the value of the service provided is lower than the nominal value of the Vouchers held.
8. The User is obliged to pay the price difference on the basis of a VAT invoice, when the value of the selected open training is higher than the nominal value of the Voucher held.
9. A prerequisite for issuing a VAT invoice reduced by the value of the Voucher is sending a scan of the Voucher to the sales representative.
10. The use of the Voucher for the amount of 50 EURO is possible when choosing a training for min. 250 EURO.
11. Vouchers cannot be used to pay for training courses offered under the promotion.
12. Vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts.

III. Final Provisions:

1. Using the Voucher means to accept the content of these Regulations.
2. The law applicable to these Regulations and the use of the voucher is Polish law. In matters not covered by these Regulations, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
3. The content of these Regulations is available on the website at www.altkomakademia.com.
4. Altkom Akademia S.A. reserves the right to amend the Regulations. All changes are effective from the date of their introduction by the Issuer, after the amended Regulations are made available for inspection at the registered office of Altkom Akademia S.A. and on the website www.altkomakademia.com.
