The aim of the studies is to provide comprehensive education in one of the most prospective areas of management, i.e. project management and organizational change management. They provide extensive knowledge on the subject of various project management methodologies and standards, which will allow for informed selection and recommendation of a proper management approach for a given organization, and for the implementation of new solutions.

POSTGRADUATE STUDIES
The aim of the studies is to provide knowledge on the latest IT management approaches based on proven international standards: ITIL and PRINCE2®. The studies prepare for exams in PRINCE2®, ITIL, Professional Scrum Master and AgilePM™ methodologies. The curriculum provides the ability to verify how the knowledge of project management theory is put in practice as part of a simulation game.

POSTGRADUATE STUDIES
Business Coach and Group Facilitator postgraduate studies address the market demand for modern and professional coaches and facilitators.
These studies allow for learning the mechanisms and methodologies of conducting training courses. They provide knowledge and skills allowing for becoming an effective facilitator who can act under various conditions in the training room. They teach about tools and techniques that help groups to deal with uncertainty, solve problems and find answers to crucial questions.
The curriculum includes the international Facilitator exam at the Foundation level.

Business analysis
POSTGRADUATE STUDIES
They provide knowledge and practical skills necessary to perform the role of a business analyst in IT projects. They teach about all the prominent standards and tools used at every stage of the business analysis process — starting from the collection, analysis, and specification of requirements, through solution design, ending with support of the development team in the development and testing of the system — regardless of the IT project methodology. They take into account the latest international trends and best practices included in the Business Analysts Body of Knowledge (BABOK) developed by IIBA.
The participants can obtain the following certifications:
OMG BMPN 2 Foundamentals, OMG UML 2 Foundamentals, IREB, Archimate 3.0, ECBA - Entry Certificate in Business Analysis, Togaf 9.1.
