MBA Studies

Together with the E. Kwiatkowski University of Business and Administration in Gdynia, we are creating a new MBA course that bridges the gap between the employers' expectations and the educational offer of universities.

Altkom Akademia and Hochschule Bremerhaven are the co-organizers of studies.
MBA Project Management is a unique, complete program of improving the competences of the middle and high level management team in the field of:

• management of projects, programs and project portfolio
• soft skills
• organization management competences.

The curriculum includes the standards of leading industry organizations (PMI, AXELOS, APMG) and encompasses both the traditional and agile approach. It prepares students to implement the best project management practices in their own organizations, which translates into increased organizational maturity and improved effectiveness of activities.
The studies give the opportunity to acquire up to 11 international industry certifications, including: PRINCE2®, Change Management™ 2.0, Management of Portfolio (MoP®), Management of Risk (M_o_R®) and Project Management Professional (PMP®).

Classes are conducted by practitioners, lecturers and accredited Altkom Akademia coaches. Graduates receive two diplomas, one from the E. Kwiatkowski University of Business and Administration (WSAiB) in Gdynia and the second one from a foreign university — Hochschule Bremerhaven.
