The development project Manager’s Academy, which is carried out in the company Eko – Okna S.A., is aimed at production employees. The project participants, managers and foremen, will be trained from the successful management, communication in a team and building your own authority.
„…Our Academy aims at showing the managers what tools they may use to influence their subordinates, namely create an awareness in them, develop strictly working competencies, but also involvement regarding the workplace. All that was to make them stay in the company and so that they know that the enterprise may create an interesting path of professional career for them” – explained Altkom Akademia’s instructor, Małgorzata Świerkosz – Hołysz.
